Granite Oaks Middle School encourages students to register for AERIES, Google, and Schoology to stay connected to course work and student activities throughout the year.

AERIES

This is where you can see all of your general information and courses. Aeries provides parents and students online and timely access to information about attendance, progress reports and reports cards and contact information. By maintaining these accounts, the school is able to significantly reduce paperwork by keeping emergency contact information and other vital information online, which in turn makes the back-to-school process more efficient for parents and students.
 
 
How to Establish Your Student Aeries Account
  • Please follow this Step-by-Step Guide for creating a student Aeries Account.
  • Students: Your Aeries password is NOT your student number. It is a password Aeries randomly generated for you at the start of the year. If you have difficulties logging in, try clicking the reset password button first.

Google & Schoology

Rocklin Unified is utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS) called Schoology, which provides an online portal to access student grades, class calendars, and live information/documents specific to the student's subject area courses.
 
 
How to Establish Student Google & Schoology Accounts:
  • First, new students must establish their RUSD Google Account as follows:
    • Launch Chrome as internet browser, type URL: accounts.google.com .
    • Students Log In.
    • User Name:  firstname.lastname@rocklinusd.org .
    • Password: 7-digit perm ID# .
  • Second, students need to log into their Schoology Account as follows:
    • Launch Chrome as internet browser, type URL: Schoology.rocklinusd.org .
    • Students Log-In same as Google Account. 
    • User Name:  firstname.lastname@rocklinusd.org .
    • Password: 7-digit perm ID# .
  • Students should automatically be enrolled into Teachers Schoology Courses.
