I was born and raised in the Sacramento area and have lived here most of my life. I graduated my CSU Sacramento with a Bachelors in History and a Masters in Education.
My teaching career began at Natomas Middle School in 2005 and I loved every minute of it.
I started working at Granite Oaks in 2011 and feel humbled and honored to be teaching at such an amazing school.
I really love history, teaching, and most importantly my students.
When I'm not at school, I love spending time with my amazing and beautiful wife Donna, as well my kids, Lexi, Elijah, Tristan, and Ryder.
We love spending time camping, hiking, or just goofing off together.
I love teaching and hope that my classes are fun, engaging, challenging, and a safe place for all students.
